Chart notes
WAR SIREN (FR) quickly moved clear, set the pace from off the rail in the two path, was urged along when challenged in upper- to mid-stretch with a rival drawing up alongside, turned that one away and held sway under steady handling. HOPE MISSION stalked the eventual winner from outside up close three to four wide, was niggled along passing the seven-sixteenths, edged nearer on the far turn, made a brief mild bid near the furlong grounds but proved no match while clearly second best. CHURNING BERNI was lightly bumped at the start, tracked inside saving ground on both turns mid-pack, was put to urging past the five-sixteenths, came out in the stretch, was no match for the top pair. WIN FOR SPEIGHT was bumped and forced out at the start, settled off the pace racing two to three wide, ran on. ROCK HARBOR broke outwardly bumping a rival, chased from outside mostly three to five wide, faded in the stretch. ABSALOOKA (IRE) broke a bit awkwardly brushing a rival in the process, tucked in to the rail bringing up the rear, trailed and was not a factor.
