Chart notes
LAGYNOS was forwardly-positioned between the leaders but taken back off those entering the first turn content to track in behind near the inside, waited till upper stretch, found room between and moved quickly to the lead, soon kicked clear under urging. TOUGH LITTLE NUT settled well back inside, saved ground but began to shift out on the far turn, came into upper stretch seven wide, gained late to be second best. HIGGINS BOAT was caught four to five wide into the first turn then eased back and shifted in a bit stalking in behind the leading pair, went three to four deep on the far turn, kept on in the lane to get up for show honors. LE GRIS bumped with a rival at the start, was forwardly-positioned three to four wide between foes into the first turn, forced the pace from outside the early leader heading up the backstretch, continued to vie into upper stretch then weakened. REALIGNMENT angled in settling about mid-pack tracking inside, came out a bit in the stretch and ran on. CAMARO Z set a pressured early pace, was soon headed, contended inside till upper stretch then came up empty. MC VAY was in just a bit tight at the start and shuffled back, moved forward outside foes stalking past mid-pack up the backstretch, was within range four to five wide on the far turn, flattened out thereafter. KENNEL CLUB trailed early saving ground, came out a bit, passed tired foes. RECORD TIME stumbled at the start, raced outside well back, failed to menace. TIME SONG bumped with a rival at the start, was well-placed outside three to four wide mid-pack early, dropped back, floated wider still turning for home and faded.
