Chart notes
THE G M raced up close outside the top pair, bid three wide inside the five-sixteenths pole, took over with a furlong remaining and maintained a short lead over UNCLE CHILLY to the line. UNCLE CHILLY dueled for the lead from inside, cleared outer rival at the seven-sixteenths pole, challenged by THE G M midway around the turn, relinquished the lead at the eighth pole and stayed on well for second. KING OF CLUBS chased between rivals well off the rail, took the turn four wide and finished willingly for a clear third. CANANI chased between foes up the backstretch, found traffic in the two path at the five-sixteenths pole, continued two wide into the lane and lacked a rally. TROTSKY chased the speed inside rivals off the rail, angled to the fence, asked right handed on the turn and failed to respond. COTTON ROSSER dueled from outside in the early going, could not keep up with UNCLE CHILLY into the turn, chased two to three wide around the bend and faded. ROXIIESBADBOY chased widest up the backstretch, went five deep into the turn, dropped back and angled to the two path around the bend and had little left for the stretch run.
