Chart notes
CAUSIN' MAYHEM settled off the pace along the inside, made progress at the rail nearing the lane, tipped out in midstretch, closed between foes and was up in the final strides. OSKAR MARTINEZ (IRE) broke a bit slowly, advanced three and four wide around the first turn, drew clear down the backstretch, remained clear in the two path around the far turn, widened in upper stretch and led until the final strides. DEADPAN settled off the contested pace two wide, angled four wide in upper stretch, rallied outside and just missed. TWO BEERS BY TEN set the early pace along the rail, settled back into a clear second down the backstretch, chased in the two path around the far turn, kept on between foes in the lane but was outkicked. PUBLIC DEFENDER checked not long after the start, trailed inside, swung widest in upper stretch and rallied belatedly. FLAT TOP BOX failed to menace while racing two and three wide. AIR INVASION played no factor while racing three wide.
