Chart notes
RODRIGUEZ set the pace inside RANK early, shook free from that rival past the five-sixteenths pole, drew away under hand urging in upper stretch, asked right handed at the eighth pole and widened under steady handling. BAEZA stalked in the three path between rivals around the first turn, roused on the far turn chasing outside RANK and outdueled that rival for place honors. RANK pressed the pace from outside, could not keep up with RODRIGUEZ past the five-sixteenths pole, chased two wide to the stretch and got outkicked by BAEZA for second. CORNHUSKERCHRIS got brushed and put in tight between rivals early, rated along the fence early, dropped out of range on the far turn, moved off the rail in the lane and weakened. THE LAST STRAW tracked four deep around the first turn, rounded the second bend two then three wide and failed to menace. GOING VIRAL brushed inner rival early, reserved between rivals in the two path, trailed up the backstretch, fell far back on the second bend, eased to the wire and walked off.
