Chart notes
MIRAHMADI dueled from outside into the first turn then cleared around the bend, took light pressure from EAGLES FLIGHT on the backstretch, put that rival away for good at the seven-sixteenths pole, asked right handed approaching the eighth pole and drew away while being flagged with a right handed crop. EAGLES FLIGHT brushed the gate, went to fight for the lead from inside, ceded command to MIRAHMADI around the first turn and switched to the outside to stalk, applied light pressure from outside on the backstretch, lost contact and chased the winner a bit off the rail through the far turn and kept on through the lane to prove second best. MICI'S EXPRESS stalked from inside, fell out of range on the backstretch, ridden along the fence through the far turn and churned on to gain third. NEW KING broke well then ceded command prior to the first turn, stalked in the two path around the bend, continued two wide through the second bend, lacked a rally when needed and lost third. GHAZAALY climbed in the three path early, remained three wide around the far turn and failed to threaten. INVIGORATED bobbled slightly leaving the gate, went four wide into the first turn then moved into the two path, chased three then two wide on the far turn and was never a factor. DEMOTIVATE tossed his head but still broke with the field, saved ground through both turns and could not make an impact.
