Chart notes
HE'S LATE AGAIN broke a step slow, laid off of the pace in the three path, advanced in the four to five path around the far turn before fanning out to the seven path into upper stretch, yet continued progress to sustain a bid in the final furlong while hanging on his left lead and forged an advantage in the shadow of the wire. HESPER stalked along the inside, chased the top pair from the three to four path around the far turn, bid outside of the leader and from the five path entering the lane, gained advantage in upper stretch but meeting an outer challenge in the final furlong, dug in but got nailed. MAGNOLIA WEST trailed along the inside, improved three wide around the far turn and stayed on to edge show from an outer rival late. ACKNOWLEDGE tracked three wide, bid into the far turn, vied with an inner rival around teh far turn, but drifted to the four path while meeting an outer challenge entering the lane and gave way. LONE WARRIOR broke a step slow, pursued form teh two path and failed to factor. JOSH G pressed two wide, bid along with an outer rival entering the far turn, vied with that foe turning for home but faded in upper stretch. HE'S A FINE BABY showed the way along the inside, but got headed by an outer pair of bidders entering the far turn, weakened around that bend and was eased through the lane.
