Chart notes
TYRONA prompted outside of the leader before vying in the three path around the turn, dueled through upper stretch, drove clear at the furlong grounds and held sway under firm handling. COTTON CANDY ANNIE tracked along the inside, took contact from an outer rival entering the turn, brushed an outer foe while moving to the three path passing the three sixteenths pole, gained place between rivals in the final furlong and was second best. DIXIE MORNING chased two wide and between horses, brushed an inner rival while dropping back into the turn, moved out to the four to five path in midstretch and ran on outside of rivals to reach show at the wire. REBA ATTACK was brushed by an inner rival at the start, trailed before advancing in the four path into the turn, chased outside of the top pair while within range around the bend, but took contact from an inner rival while yielding at the three sixteenths pole and lost show at the wire. HURRICANE LASSIE vied for the lead inside of the eventual winner, took the turn in the two path, dueled through upper stretch, but gave way at the furlong grounds and weakened.
