STATES' RIGHTS bumped with rivals on both sides at the start, brushed with an outer rival while settling two wide and between horses, took the far turn in the three path, swung out to the six path entering the lane, rallied to bid along with an inner rival at the furlong grounds, but got outkicked by that one and held place from an inner challenger. HOT PROPERTY leaned inwardly and bumped with an inner rival at the start, pursued from midpack while tucking to the inside around the first turn, saved ground around the far turn, ran on with a rail grind to bid for place in the final sixteenth, but was denied. LUCKY MISCHIEF stalked along the inside, tipped out to the three path to take aim outside of the leader in upper stretch, bid before getting outkicked by an outer pair at the furlong grounds and yielded. EXECUTOR showed the way along the inside, held sway in the two path in upper stretch, but got headed by rivals at the furlong grounds and faded between horses.
