Chart notes
MARGIE'S INTENTION tracked two wide early on, moved out to the four path with five furlongs to go, pursued under urging within striking range as his stable-mate gained command turning for home, chased that one in upper stretch, yet sustained a determined charge to close in late and edged past in the closing stages. WARRIOR'S JUSTICE pressed the leader from the three path into the backstretch, bid in the two path entering the far turn, vied before drawing clear nearing the lane, held sway through midstretch as his counterpart gave chase, but was collared by that one in the final sixteenth and got bested late. INCOGNITO BURRITO bumped with an outer rival at the start, tracked along the inside, chased in the two path while failing to keep pace with the main group around the far turn, then ran on to gain show at the sixteenth pole. BAYTOWN BOUJEE leaned inwardly at the start and was slow into stride, trailed along the inside, then moved up inside of foes around the far turn, shifted out to the four path in upper stretch and failed to menace. FAST FLAME broke outwardly, showed the way in the three to two path around the first turn, vied with an outer bidder into the far turn, but gave way at the quarter pole and weakened. FACTOR OF TIME lacked speed along the inside, failed to respond to urging in the two path around the far turn and was no factor. MAJESTIC RAGS bumped with an outer foe leaving the gate, raced off of the pace two to three wide and made little impact.
