WESTPHAL hustled to press the early pace from the inside, engaged THE GOLDEN EGG and disputed the pace inside of that one to the half-mile pole, battled to the quarter marker then gamely dueled into the stretch, clung to a narrow late lead and was caught in the final strides, while besting the rest. THE GOLDEN EGG assumed early command, engaged WESTPHAL and dueled outside of that rival to the half-mile pole, battled to the second turn then dueled into the lane, stubbornly fought to deep stretch and was outfinished late, while holding safe for third. ITS FIVE SOMEWHERE settled three to four wide to the first turn, tracked widest up the backstretch, chased four wide to the quarter pole then swung widest into the lane and found his best stride late. MY INDY forwardly placed while between runners into the first turn, tracked the solid pace between rivals up the backstretch, chased two to three wide and between foes nearing the quarter marker, ran in pursuit into the stretch, was outkicked at the furlong grounds then flattened out late. ESTIFRAAD prominent early, took back and tracked three wide along the first turn, well placed up the backstretch, chased four wide to the second turn then ran in pursuit into the stretch, ran evenly to the furlong marker then lacked a late rally. PANZER PRIDE settled while saving ground in the early stages, tracked the decent pace while saving ground to the second turn then saved all of the ground to upper stretch, made a steady advance to the furlong grounds then could not muster the needed late response. HARBOR THUNDER settled two to three wide into the first turn, unhurried through the backstretch, chased two to three wide to the stretch then gained ground at the furlong marker, could not find more into the final sixteenth and finished evenly. JOCK TALK unhurried while saving ground in the early going, maintained an inside trip to the quarter pole, chased to mid-stretch then lacked a late response.
