Chart notes

IRISH MAXIMA popped opened the gate pre race but did not get away, broke sharply after being re loaded and quickly cleared, set a rated pace towards the inside, responded when set down in upper stretch, kept on eagerly under a solid ride heading to the sixteenth marker and held firm. ROYAL SPA stalked outside a rival, was under coaxing leaving the three eighths, circled four wide into the stretch, pursued outside ST. BENEDICTS PREP from there, kept on with gritty effort and earned the place through the final yards. ST. BENEDICTS PREP , nudged from the gate, stalked towards the inside, eased out three wide under a ride nearing the lane, straightened away with hard chase to the inside of ROYAL SPA past mid stretch but out finished for the place. I'M A CUTIE PIE settled while saving ground, eased out three wide as the leaders got away soon into the stretch, faded through the final furlong and was reported by the stewards to have bled. MARY Q , three wide stalking the pace, edged up a bit near the half, chased four wide outside a rival in upper stretch and weakened.
