Chart notes
TAKER BACK broke on top, cleared to the inside, set the pace, shook off closest pursuer into the stretch, stayed clear to the wire under steady handling. WHAT'S HER NUMBER in the second flight up the backstretch and into the turn between horses, moved inside with a quarter to run, came back out for the drive, could do little with the winner the final furlong, remained clear of the others. H M LEGACY in the second group while closest to the inside, fell back through the turn, two path into the stretch, came again for the show, not a threat to the top two. FLAT STORMIN behind the pace while three wide into the turn, crept a bit closer by late in the bend, lacked a further advance. KENTUCKY STARLET off the pace while inside early, worked way out to the five path turning for home, went mildly the final furlong to improve position slightly. UNION DAME broke back, lacked speed off the inside, came three wide for the drive, also bettered position without posing a serious threat. WOWSERS void of early foot, lacked speed, four wide turn, failed to menace. COLDASICE broke in, chased the winner for a half, gave way in the drive.
