Chart notes
RANCH BADGE set the pace along the inside, shook clear of an outer presser entering the lane and held sway. SCOOTERIA broke a step slow, advanced along the inside before steadying once running up of a rival's heels at the half mile pole, recovered off of the pace along the inside, ran on to bid for place at the furlong grounds, dueled with an outer rival for that position late and held. F T W SLAM broke a beat slow, tracked two wide and between horses before pursuing from the three to four path around the turn, floated out to the five path entering the lane, bumped an inner rival at the three sixteenths pole, yet ran on to vie for place with an inner rival through the late stages but was denied. BIG BOO broke half a step slow, lagged behind in the three path into the turn, then moved up between horses. COMANCHE WARRIOR took light contact from an inner rival at the start, pursued from midpack in the four path and between horses into the turn, shifted to the six path into upper stretch and failed to menace between rivals. STRONG PROMISE raced off of the pace in the five path, pursued in the six to eight path in upper stretch and failed to threaten. CRAKEN JAX was brushed by an inner foe into an outer rival at the start, checked and brushed an inner rival when an outer rival shifted across his path at the eleven sixteenths pole, pressed outside of the leader around the turn, yielded while drifting to the four path entering the lane and weakened between horses. STOVALL brushed an outer rival at the start, raced close up under strong restraint along the inside, tracked before chasing in the three to four path and between horses in upper stretch, but was bumped by an outer rival at the three sixteenths pole and weakened.
