Chart notes
SMOKEY MANDATE tracked in the three path, took aim outside of the new leader while tipping to the five to six path into the lane, bid in upper stretch, drove clear after flopping back to his left lead and held late. AMERICAN HOPE broke slowly, lacked speed in the two path, swung to the six path into the lane, rallied in the eight path into the final furlong, reached place late and closed in on the leader. TOUGH LITTLE NUT bumped an outer rival at the start, laid off of the pace in the two to three path, swung out to the six path into the lane, ran on to bid for place along with an outer rival in the final sixteenth, but got outkicked and edged show late. FREEDOM'S WAY stalked in the two to three path, issued a bold challenge outside of the leader around teh far turn, gained an advantage passing the five sixteenths pole before moving to the five path into the lane, but met an outer challenge in upper stretch, got headed at the furlong grounds, yielded and lost show late. CAMARO Z trailed along the inside, then in the two to four path into the lane, ran on before leveling off in midstretch and lacked a bid. EFF THIRTY FIVE hopped slightly and bumped before steadying out of pinched quarters at the start, lagged behind along the inside, moved to the four path in upper stretch and rallied belatedly. STEADY ON pursued from midpack along the inside, shifted to the five path into the lane and ran on mildly. LOVE ME NOT pursued two wide and failed to menace. KIGALI was fractious in the starting gate, sped clear into the first turn, but got headed by an outer challenger at the five sixteenths pole and caved. NO WHITE FLAGS bumped with an outer foe before being bumped by an inner rival at the start, lacked speed along the inside and failed to factor. TOWERING STORM brushed an inner rival at the start, laid off of the pace along the inside, then in the four to five path around the far turn and made little impact. CREATE TROUBLE stalked along the inside, chased off of the fence into the lane and folded.
