Chart notes
GROOVY HUEY disputed the pace three wide between rivals and under nice rating, was nursed clear past the five sixteenths, responded when shaken up past the three sixteenths, was given a right handed tap with about a sixteenth to go then held firm under steady hand encouragement. ELECTROSTATIC , off the pace and to the inside of a rival exiting the far turn, eased out for the drive, advanced between rivals in mid stretch and continued with good effort to steadily bridge the gap. OUR BOLD PRINCE , reluctant to load, raced in close attendance four wide outside rivals, drifted out a bit near the quarter pole, corrected and kept trying to the wire. INCH drafted back off the early pace, was put to a hustling ride into the turn, gained inside rivals mid turn, came out and continued progression between foes leaving the three sixteenths, chased from there but flattened out. STAR ENTRY , off the pace, circled very wide into the stretch, had a belated run but failed to menace. COASTAL FOG , urged chasing the pace, raced between foes mid turn, angled five wide for the drive and had a mild run to the inside of STAR ENTRY. CORN POP had speed to contest the early pace between runners, eased back off the leaders into the turn, chased around the turn and faded. STONE CARVER , with the pace inside rivals, remained prominent after the winner cleared, stayed in touch past mid stretch then faded. THEUNTOUCHABLEONE , four to five wide with early pursuit, raced between runners into the stretch and gave way.
