Chart notes
MR. WHO bobbled at the break, quickly recovered and went up to dispute the pace outside a rival, cleared into the turn, responded when asked and spurted away a bit in upper stretch, remained clear under strong handling past the sixteenth pole then had to dig down late to fend off DIAMOND RIM. DIAMOND RIM , bumped at the break, rated kindly three wide stalking the pace, took closer order nearing the lane, stayed on and gave hard chase past mid stretch, leveled off to his best stride inside the sixteenth pole, finished strong but had his charge come up just short. BEARINGS , under a hustling ride off the rail leaving the far turn, gathered momentum past the five sixteenths, circled five wide into the stretch, switched over to his correct lead near mid stretch and finished up willingly to earn the show. ITSALLGOODMAN bobbled at the break then was bumped, regrouped and edged up to the inside of a rival leaving the five eighths, eased out three wide around the turn, chased to mid stretch then came up empty. TENTH STREET DON broke a bit slow, lagged off the pace, circled four wide into the stretch then failed to menace while between runners nearing the wire. TRUTH SEEKER lagged back, swung out in upper stretch but failed to menace. EL ALTO HOMBRE had speed and disputed the early pace to the inside of the winner, chased after that one cleared, failed to find more past the five sixteenths and weakened.
