Chart notes
BLUE FIRE firmly bumped with an outer rival soon after the start, set the pace in the two path, felt pressure from an outer rival down the backstretch and around the far turn, then drew clear in upper stretch and held sway safely while begining to tire. MARGIE'S INTENTION jostled with an inner rival soon after the start, put an inner rival in tight while tucking down to the three path to stalk the leader into the first turn, applied pressure down the backstretch, came under strong urging to sustain pressure around the far turn, failed to do so in upper stretch, yet kept on well through the final furlong to narrow the winner's margin late. POWDERED SUGAR stalked along the inside, chased the top pair around the far turn and was best of the rest. INCOGNITO BURRITO brushed with an outer rival while steadying in tight quarters among foes entering the first turn, trailed in the two path and failed to factor. LOLA AND ROSE steadied when put to tight quarters among rivals by an outer foe into the first turn, raced off of the pace in the three to four path and tired.
