Chart notes
PENROD never far back off the inside, crept closer between horses far turn brushing with AUSTIN'S MAP, challenged when again between rivals late in the bend,shook clear past the furlong marker then held the runner up safe late. GOOD LORD broke in, behind the lead pack while outside, four wide through the turn, roused for the drive in the three path, slowly getting to the winner late, well clear for the place. MUSEUM QUALITY broke on top, narrowly showed the way into the turn in the four path, continued to hold a narrow advantage through the turn, headed by the winner entering the stretch, chased that one past the furlong marker, could not contain the runner up, comfortably clear of the others. PHENOMENAL DREAM pinched back at the start to be last away, lagged in trailing for a half, cut the corner into the lane to improve position, continued to better position through the lane. AFFIXED broke out to help pinch back PHENOMENAL DREAM, set or forced the pace for a half along the inside, weakened in the drive. BIG BOURBON RIVER lacked early foot off the inside, moved out to be in the four path turning for home, displayed a modest amount of late interest. TACTICAL MAN behind the pace inside, waited then steadied slightly when lacking room midway on the turn, failed to muster a rally when clear for the drive. AUSTIN'S MAP forwardly placed just inside the winner the opening quarter, brushed by that one into the turn then was shuffled back, weakened through the lane to lose further position. SAFE BET fell bac after the start, was not a threat while three to four wide through the turn. RUN DEANO RUN in mid pack and off the inside, three wide into the stretch, had little for the drive. TWEET SOME MO was finished after a half and trailed home.
