Chart notes
RECLUSIVE tracked three wide down the backstretch under some restraint early, ranged up to the leaders on the turn then bid three deep as five horses fanned out across the track turning for home, took a slight lead and held on doggedly to the wire to prevail. UPTOWNBLINGITHOME took up when LIBBIE BABY came into the path after the break, settled at the back of the tracking group, made a middle move three to four wide on the turn, finished well under strong handling but could not get to the winner. SUCCESSFULPATH raced between four horses just behind the early speed duel, was shuffled back and lost ground on the turn, came back on in the stretch, was closing fast but ran out of time. CAJUN DOLL tracked four wide, launched a bid from near the five-sixteenths pole, came four wide into the stretch and could not quite find the winning kick and finished evenly. IZATIZ got away in good order then settled inside behind the developing speed duel, had nowhere to run through the turn then was blocked in the stretch, was unable to get clear and finished evenly. LIBBIES BABY broke out at the start and into the path of UPTOWNBLINGITHOME then was pushed to get forward position then dueled with MOR PEANUTS to the quarter pole, got the best of that rival at that point, briefly led in the stretch then faltered. MOR PEANUTS broke well and contested the early lead to the outside of LIBBIES BABY, dueled to the quarter pole then tired in the stretch. PEEK FACTOR was off slow, then lost the path when several rivals converged in front, trailed throughout.
