Chart notes
SMART IZZY was brushed between rivals soon after the start, trailed along the inside, then in the two path around the far turn, advanced between horses entering the lane, sustained rail progress to bid inside of the leaders in the final furlong and edged past. RUSTY'S SUNRISE was briefly antsy just before the off, set the pace tucking from the two path to the inside around the first turn, held sway from outer pressers around the far turn, but got headed by an outer bidder while moving out to the three path in upper stretch, drifted about yet fought on between horses as an inner bidder joined the fray in the final furlong but got outkicked. MO SMOKING brushed with an inner rival early on, laid off of the pace in the three path, moved out to the five path around the far turn before floating to the six path into the lane, yet ran on outside of the leaders and gained show at the wire. BROADWAY PEARL stalked two wide, split foes to move alongside of the top pair turning for home, bid in the four path entering the lane, led but drifted out in upper stretch, then yielded between horses late and got nailed for show. VIV'S WILD ACES prompted outside of the leader, came under urging to sustain pressure around the far turn, but got outkicked by an outer rival leaving the quarter pole and gave way. PIP SQUEEK brushed with an outer rival soon after the start, tracked along the inside, was hustled forward aiming to bid inside of the leader leaving the nine sixteenths pole, but steadied when the leader closed the rail hole nearing the half mile pole, recovered to chase into the far turn and faded around that bend. MISS TARGET stalked outside of the top pair and from the four path, chased in the four path around the far turn and faded.
