Chart notes
PRETTY PATTY stalked the pace from four wide to midway on the turn, rallied at the quarter pole with a steady advance, engaged the leader at the eighth pole and wore that one down in the late stages to be going away at the wire. SHEZ SHACKED UP took command shortly away from the gate to set a well rated, well measured pace, responded gamely when challenged in the lane and was out-finished in the final sixteenth while holding on to the place. THE DEVIL'S DREAM hustled away from the gate to be on the early lead, settled off the lead down the backside while well placed, looked for racing room while turning for home, angled to the inside of the pacesetter down the lane and mounted a good bid along the fence. SUSHI Q rated in mid-pack to be within striking distance of the leaders turning for home and lacked a closing kick. SPICE ICE was the distant trailer to midway on the turn and passed weaker rivals in the lane while showing some interest. NATIONAL DIAMOND went evenly without impact. EXACTITUDE tracked the leaders to the head of the stretch and weakened. JETTIN PEGASUS was not a factor.
