Chart notes
AVA'S STORM set a pressured pace for the first half mile, repelled the presser turning for home and drew off as much the best in the lane. TWICE SHY reserved off the pace for the first three-eighths, commenced a steady rally from four wide midway on the turn and was along for the place in the final sixteenth. BREEZE THE BAYOU pressed the pace to the quarter pole, failed to get passed the winner when called upon nearing the quarter pole and weakened inside the final eighth. DIXIE MAN raced mid-pack down the backside, rallied along the inside on the turn, cut the corner coming home and mounted a mild bid in the lane. THISISRIDICULOUS chased the leaders into the turn from three wide, made a mild bid on the bend and flattened out in the stretch. STOLZER ONKEL trailed to the turn and passed tiring rivals coming home. GREAT REVELATION showed brief speed to be prominent and was through early. PAPA D L was not a factor.
