Chart notes

ST BERNADETTE sped to the lead shortly from the gate, raced on a clear lead to the top of the lane and was unchallenged through the lane a convincing winner. LOVEBUG stalked the clear pacesetter to the quarter pole, responded when called upon in upper stretch, was unable to gain on the winner and finished willigly to holf the place. I LOVE PRESENTS bumped and crowded to the rail at the start when outside rival broke severely to the inside, was straightened away while unhurried down the backside, saved ground on the bend and made a steady advance down the lane to be gaining in the final sixteenth. ROSE'S WISH tracked the leaders to be prominently placed to the quarter pole and lacked a closing kick in the lane. SOLO SURPRISE made a left turn leaving the gate bumping and crowding inside rival, straightened up to race mid-pack through the turn, mounted a mild bid turning for home and flattened out late in the lane. TURMALINA was not a threat. ORGULLOSA PACIFICA raced in contention to the three-eighths pole, was called upon early into the turn and failed to respond.
