THRUTHESTORM prominent away from the start, ceded the early lead then pressed the pace outside of CERVEZA heading to the turn, prompted the pace from the three path nearing the quarter marker, was floated four to five wide into upper stretch then bid to take command at the furlong marker, held a narrow lead into the final sixteenth and dug in late to prevail. STORM BAYOU close up in the early going, took back and tracked the decent pace heading to the turn, saved ground into the bend and was well placed at the quarter pole, navigated traffic into upper stretch then split foes at the furlong marker, rallied into the final sixteenth, just missed for the win at the wire and held for the place. JEEPS STRIDE forwardly placed early on, took back and tracked the pace from the inside heading to the turn, chased two wide to the quarter pole, bid into upper stretch then vied for the lead at the furlong grounds, stubbornly battled into the final sixteenth and was outfinished for the win and place, while clear of the rest for the show. CERVEZA bobbled at the start, recovered then was sent to establish the early lead, set a contested pace into the turn while off of the rail, drifted out into upper stretch then battled to the furlong marker and weakened in the final sixteenth. GRIFTER close up in the early going, steadied while in a bit in tight heading to the half-mile pole, chased two then three wide along the turn, trailed into upper stretch, gained ground at the furlong marker then was outkicked in the final sixteenth. COMING ABSTRACTION settled off of the early pace, ran in pursuit four to five wide nearing the quarter marker, was floated six wide into upper stretch then gained ground at the furlong marker, could not sustain that run into the late stages and flattened out. VALENTINO WHO a step slow leaving the start, saved ground into the turn and made a steady advance nearing the quarter pole, could not sustain that run into the stretch and tired in the final stages.
