Chart notes
STAMP MY PASSPORT pulled hard through the first half, bid for the lead approaching the quarter pole, met some resistance from NOLONGERAHOBBY to mid-stretch but gained the advantage and pulled clear late. NOLONGERAHOBBY broke out at the start then was hustled for forward position and gained the lead on the first turn, led through reasonable fractions, had something in reserve when challenged by STAMP MY PASSPPORT near the quarter pole, battled back to mid-stretch then gave way and saved the place. KEEN HEIR was unhurried and raced well off the pace through the early stages, advanced through the far turn under a steady drive and finished up with some energy to gain the third spot. STREET HUMOR settled a few lengths behind to the half, then moved to challenge for the lead on the far turn but was unable to menace, tired in the stretch and was passed mid-stretch for third. MY MAN BIGGIE was last into the first turn and was always outrun.
