Chart notes
LEWIS BERE (FR) pressed the pace two wide to the turn, bid to take command at the quarter marker, dug in into the stretch, met the late rally of IOWA HAWKEYE and lasted at the wire to prevail. IOWA HAWKEYE tracked the early pace from the outside, bid four to five wide into the stretch, mounted a strong late rally and just missed for the win, while besting the rest. MITHQAAL a step slow to begin, chased the pace from outside of runners into the turn, bid four wide into the stretch, closed willingly into the final sixteenth and was up in time for the show. OHHH DADDY a step slow to begin, rushed up and chased the pace two wide and between rivals into the turn, battled into the stretch then was outkicked in the final sixteenth. WE NEED MARKETING tracked the early pace three to four wide and between runners, needed more into the stretch drive but was gaining late. EFFORT N RESULTS forwardly placed early on, stalked the pace three to four wide nearing the quarter pole, battled into the stretch then lacked the needed late response. CLUE showed good early speed and disputed the pace inside of runners heading to the turn, lost position at the quarter pole but continued to battle into the stretch, could not find more into the final sixteenth and gave way. GLENDORA MINECAT off a step slowly, chased the early pace from the inside, lost position nearing the quarter pole then tired in the stretch drive.
