Chart notes
FIRST TIME PLAYER forwardly placed early on, stalked the pace four wide to the quarter pole, roused five wide into upper stretch, battled SHEZA HAILSTORM to the final sixteenth, turned away that foe in deep stretch and edged clear late to prove best. CHAMA STORM showed good early speed and assumed command away from the start, set the pace three wide to the turn then was confronted into the bend, lost position into upper stretch, re-rallied into the final sixteenth, could not reel in the winner late and got up in time for the place. SHEZA HAILSTORM hustled in the early stages, went up and pressed the pace two wide and between runners into the turn, took command into the stretch then stubbornly battled FIRST TIME PLAYER into the final sixteenth, yielded in deep stretch and held late for the show. SUSSUMS GIRL forwardly placed early on, took back and tracked the pace from the inside heading to the turn, saved ground to the stretch, shifted out at the furlong marker then was outkicked in the final sixteenth. IT'S A GIRL sent in the early going, contested the pace inside of rivals into the turn, battled into upper stretch, could not keep pace into the late stages and weakened in the final sixteenth. GABRIELLA WHO chased the pace from outside of runners, ran in pursuit five wide nearing the quarter marker, lost position six wide into the lane then gave way in the final furlong. STAY BY THE BEACH lacked early speed, chased two wide to the quarter pole and lacked the needed response in the stretch. HAUTE LADY lacked early speed, saved ground along the turn and was not a factor in the stretch drive. BURNINGDAYLIGHT chased the early pace from outside of rivals, ran in pursuit five to six wide into upper stretch then could not muster the needed response in the drive.
