KADENA vied three wide for the lead, dueled on the turn, led into the stretch, responded when roused, drew clear at the sixteenth marker and was kept to the task. PRINCESS NORMA vied inside for the lead, dueled on the turn, dug in gamely inside in the stretch run and came up second best. MIT MONKEY vied between rivals in a three way contested pace, dueled on the turn, weakened and bested the others. TAPIT SMILES broke in at the start, chased close up on the inside, chased on the turn, angled out entering the stretch and had no rally. CHANTALS HOPE chased close up four wide, continued four wide on the turn and tired.
