Chart notes
CERTITUDE (FR) vied for the lead briefly then cleared and crossed over, showed the way on the fence through the turn, put to left handed urging with a furlong remaining and held safely. YELLOW SUN DRESS broke well and led for a bit before being taken in hand, stalked two wide into and around the bend, was closest in pursuit down the stretch but lacked the needed late punch. HEADED FOR OM showed early foot but got put in tight between rivals and steadied early, went two wide around the bend, tipped out in the lane and chased within striking distance while drifting out and finished evenly late. PRINCESS MIDNIGHT trailed in the early going, chased outside a rival around the bend, tipped three wide into the lane and needed to find more late. ACTIVATED (IRE) got shuffled back early, saved ground from off the pace, moved out in the lane and lacked further response. JAI HO rated along the inside in a good spot, coaxed along the rail on the turn and weakened in the stretch run.
