Chart notes
SUNSHINE HAZEL exploded to the front leaving the chute, effortless speed around the bend, unchallenged into the lane, drew of driving. SAINT GRACE quick start, chased inside just off topflight around the turn, rail bid late, closed in willingly for the place. MAKING MISCHIEF chased a very sharp pace two deep around the bend, trouble switching leads in upper stretch, finally swapped over late, not enough to hold onto the place. FLORINA slow leaving the chute, chased inside leaving the furlong marker, chased on evenly under the wire. SUPER KENDALL slow wide start leaving the chute, upped the tempo angled in leaving the quarter pole, three deep into the lane, chased on the wrong lead, had no late punch. OVERNIGHT EXPRESS chased three then four deep around the turn, pressed on into the lane, weakened. INFERNO bumped hard at the start, lacked speed into the turn, never threatened.
