Chart notes
REAL MISCHIEVOUS broke outward at the start and was a step slow into stride, settled mid-pack to the inside, advanced to the backstretch to be up with the leaders going into the far turn, bid five wide into the stretch and produced a strong rally under steady handling to be along in time. MAYBE SO stalked HURRANDGETREADY to the half-mile marker, took over at the top of the stretch and finished well but could not hold off the winner. TIZ A KNOCKOUT hopped at the start then ducked to the inside giving the field a head start, settled behind the main pack then launched a bid from the five-furlong marker, finished with good energy up the rail in the stretch but came up short. VERY UNLIKELY tracked behind the pace while saving ground to the stretch, tipped out to the three path to line up a late bid but could not keep up in the late stages. ZIAH Y G tracked close up two to three wide, loomed passing the quarter pole then went evenly through the stretch and did not threaten late. FREED BY MAGIC steadied at the start, then raced at the back of the field and was unable to improve. HURRYANDGETREADY broke out into the path of FREED BY MAGIC, sped to the lead through the first turn then was joined by MAYBE SO down the backstretch, gave way before the stretch and had nothing left for the stretch run. ZIPPY SEASON raced two to three wide through the first turn, settled near the back of the field down the backstretch, took a bump from TIZ A KNOCKOUT near the three furlong marker then lost interest and was galloped out to the finish far behind the rest.
