Chart notes
OTELLO three wide through the first turn, took over command six and a half furlongs from home and showed the way briefly in the two path and then along the inside, remained patiently handled until placed to coaxing nearing the quarter pole, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, edged clear under a drive to the eighth pole, held clear to the finish kept to task. MAGICAL WAYS coaxed from the gate, chased two then three wide under coaxing from the seven-sixteenths, angled four wide into upper stretch, ran on to secure the place honors. RUNGIUS coaxed from the start, showed the way early on along the inside until displaced from command by the top one six and a half furlongs from home, chased along the inside coming under encouragement at the three-eighths, swung three wide into upper stretch, kept on to procure the show honors. PEEK hustled from the gate, raced just off the inside through the first turn before chasing three then four wide, came under urging with seven-sixteenths remaining, angled six wide at the top of the stretch and weakened. GOOD SKATE coaxed from the start, went two then three wide through the first turn before chasing just off the inside, came under a ride three furlongs out, tipped four to five wide at the head of lane and tired in the stretch.
