RUBY THE DESTROYER rated just off of the early pace, stalked three wide into the turn then encountered a bit of traffic nearing the quarter marker, shifted four wide into the stretch, responded in the lane and made a sustained rally while vying for the lead into the final sixteenth, surged to the front in deep stretch and held at the wire for a determined win. KIMBELL'S STRATEGY off a bit slow to begin, settled off of the early pace and saved ground into the turn, swung six wide for the stretch drive and rallied nearing the furlong marker, vied for the lead into the final sixteenth and missed for the win, while getting up in time to secure the place. EAGLE EXPRESS broke alertly then took back off of the disputed early pace, tracked the pace four to five wide into the turn, loomed at the quarter marker then vied for the lead into upper stretch, took a narrow advantage nearing the furlong marker, led past mid-stretch then dug in into the final sixteenth, could not hold off oncoming rivals late and was tagged for the win and place, while holding for the show. COMMUNICATIONISKEY sent to vie for the early lead, engaged with WITSEC and dueled inside of that runner into the turn, dueled to the quarter pole then battled into upper stretch, lost the lead at the furlong marker, fought on past mid-stretch then was outfinished in the final sixteenth. ITSONLYMONEYHONEY settled off of the early pace and tracked from the inside to begin, was well placed while saving ground into the turn, was caught in tight and blocked nearing the quarter marker, tried to find room into upper stretch along the fence then shifted three wide at the furlong pole, lacked the needed response when called upon into the final sixteenth and was stuck in traffic the rest of the way. WITSEC prominent while between runners away from the start, engaged with COMMUNICATIONISKEY and disputed the pace outside of that rival into the turn, dueled along the bend then vied for the lead between runners nearing the quarter marker, fought on into upper stretch then yielded in the final sixteenth. DREAM TRAP tracked the early pace from the second flight, advanced two to three wide and between runners into the turn, was caught in tight and checked off heels nearing the quarter marker, chased into upper stretch then weakened in the final stages. GLAMOROUS LIFE off bit slow to begin, rushed up between rivals heading to the turn, got shuffled back along the bend and chased three wide nearing the quarter marker, swung five wide into upper stretch then lacked the needed late response. GEE SHE'S FANCY settled off of the early pace, raced two wide into the turn, trailed at the quarter marker then did not factor in the stretch. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time available.
