Chart notes
SHOCK disputed the pace on the inside of a rival, vied along the rail while asked on the turn, shook clear in the two path into upper stretch, drew off under the crop until inside the furlong marker then was placed under a solid hand-ride to the finish while much the best. POSSE ROCKS was hustled from the gate, disputed the pace on the outside, vied in the two path on the turn, was given her cue near the five-sixteenths pole, spun into the stretch in the three path then lost touch with the winner and weakened but held the place. BLUE SUEDE SUE was urged along off the pace, moved out around the five-eighths pole, went around the turn in the two path, was driven into the stretch in the four path and also weakened while able to get the show. EDDIE MARIE was off slow and spotted the front a few lengths, moved up on the outside then chased the pace, raced in the three path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the five path, dropped back while remaining on her inside lead in the drive and tired. PROFESSOR GRACE broke a half-step slow then dropped back, moved out early then raced at the rear, tossed her head and steadied behind kickback nearing the five-eighths pole, moved to the outside around the nine-sixteenths pole, dropped from the three path to the rail on the turn and had nothing left.
