Chart notes
ARREST unhurried early and had only one behind through the early stages, swept around the field at the quarter pole then quickened nicely the stretch to get along in time while driving out a bit late. WODETON (FR) raced in the third flight early, the gradually advanced down the backstretch, went three to four wide though the tar turn then finished well in the stretch but was outkicked by the winner in the final yards. GREAT KING (FR) broke well and was up on the pace battle through the first turn, retreated to a stalking position then started a bid from the five-sixteenths pole, took over the lead in upper stretch but was out kicked by the top pair in the final yards. I AM FREAKY FAST did not show early speed despite the efforts of the rider, raced last down the backstretch, was asked to go on with about three furlongs remaining and produced a steady finish, was gaining ground in the stretch but ran out of time. ANITANEWMERCEDES settled inside well off the pace, was taken to the three path approaching the far turn, bid into the stretch and finished willingly but was not good enough. THE BLACK STRAT got good position early the tracked the dueling leaders along the rail under slight restraint at times, became boxed on on the far turn but was unable to find a late kick once clear and finished evenly. SANGER had good speed from the outside post but was caught three wide on the first turn the dueled down the backstretch and through the far turn with COMPANY'S DREAM trading the lead along the way got the best of that foe turning into the stretch but was unable to sustain the run in the stretch and tired.
