Chart notes
NINJA PRIZE set the pace, shook off rival on the turn, remained safe and drew off driving. ROAN BURGUNDY stalked the winner outside, bid on the turn, bore out badly into and through the stretch and continued well. GET SET rushed close up inside then flattened out in the stretch. B B BAD trailed to midway on the turn then offered some late energy. ENFORCER advanced wide on the turn, was carried out badly into the lane, angled inside and was out-finished. EDDIE W saved ground off the pace and lacked a rally. THE JUDGE AND JURY was urged close up between rivals then gave way readily. An objection by the rider of the fifth finisher against the second finisher for interference in the stretch was allowed. ROAN BURGUNDY was disqualified and placed fifth.
