Chart notes
I BILEVE settled off of the early pace while between runners, advanced up the backstretch and tracked four wide at the half-mile pole, chased four wide to the quarter marker, responded while five wide in the lane, wore down foes in the final sixteenth and got up in the final strides for the win. TAIL OF WHOA forwardly placed early on, stalked the pace three wide up the backstretch, was well placed to the second turn then chased the pacesetter three wide approaching the quarter pole, rallied four wide in the stretch, was outkicked by the winner in the final strides and got up for second at the wire. FANCY FREIDA broke alertly, showed good early speed and set the pace into the first turn, was well handled while controlling the pace up the backstretch, held a clear lead nearing the quarter marker, kept to task into upper stretch then dug in into the final furlong, was outfinished in deep stretch and just missed for second, while holding safely for third. SURE THING SAMURAI allowed to settle while saving ground early on, trailed along the backstretch, weaved through traffic along the second turn, roused three wide at the head of the lane, was gaining into the final sixteenth then got caught in tight in deep stretch and could not improve. SUNSHINE SISTER tracked the early pace from the inside, was well placed while tracking between rivals nearing the half-mile pole, chased two wide to the quarter marker, fought on into the stretch then could not find the needed late response. STIR UP DESIRE tracked the early pace two wide and from between runners, took back into the backstretch, chased from the inside heading to the second turn, ran in pursuit to the quarter marker, could not muster a response in the stretch and gave way late. PATIENT EMILIE off a bit slow to begin, settled four to five wide into the first turn then tracked the pace while widest up the backstretch, chased six wide into the turn, maintained a wide trip into upper stretch and flattened out in the late stages. GOSPEL TIZ GOT tracked the early pace four wide, ran in pursuit four then five wide up the backstretch, lost position into the second turn, trailed into upper stretch and could not find a late response.
