Chart notes
CASH CALL bumped with COOEY leaving the gate, was closest in pursuit up the backstretch, challenged from outside midway around the bend, inched ahead in upper stretch and maintained a short advantage over COOEY to the wire. COOEY bumped with CASH CALL at the start, sprinted to the front, took pressure around the turn, lost command in upper stretch, fought back from inside and stayed on gamely to the wire. INTO THE HALL stalked the pacesetter outside a pair of rivals, bid three deep around the turn, could not sustain the challenge in upper stretch but finished willingly behind the top pair to the line. EASTWICK chased between in the opening stages, lost ground two then three wide on the turn and faded out of contention. CASSIN'S ROSE chased along the fence inside a pair of rivals, lost ground under coaxing on the turn, tipped out into the lane and weakened.
