Chart notes
BEGFORFORGIVENESS got squeezed at the start then rushed up, vied three wide down the backstretch, took command at the seven-sixteenths marker, went clear midway on the turn opened up in the stretch and won as the rider pleased. WHATDIDWEDO was a bit slow into stride, settled at the back early, started a steady advance from the half, circled the field on the turn, had aim on the winner but proved no match, saved the place under a steady drive. MY UNCLE BILLY was hustled away then settled in a tracking position, was put to heavy pressure the middle of the turn and under relentless urging in the stretch to hold off a rival for third. WILDCATS'S MEOW settled mid-pack on the inside, produced mild rally late. BITSY'S STAR vied inside on the turn, was done before the quarter pole then had little to offer late. I NITA WARRIOR broke into the path of BEGFORFORGIVENESS then sent for the lead then vied between horses through the early stages, dropped out at the three furlong pole and had nothing to offer in the stretch. SENSE YOU ASKED was slow into stride then tracked four wide down the backstretch, lost action, was pulled up near the quarter pole, vetted and transported from the track in the equine ambulance.
