Chart notes
VESUVIO lunged at the break and bumped RUNAMOR, chased two then three wide coming under a ride at the three-eighths, swung four wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive and angled in a path issuing a challenge inside the final furlong and was up in the last jumps to score. RUNAMOR got bumped at the start by the aforementioned foe while under coaxing, showed the way in hand just off the inside under pressure from a flanking pair early on until shaking off the inner rival into the turn, came under coaxing near the quarter pole, swung three to four wide into upper stretch, dug in under threat a furlong from home, repelled one challenge inside the sixteenth marker and was confronted by the other and nailed in the final strides to the finish. MONOMOYS PARTNER got bumped at the start by YO BRO, who broke outwards, and in turn carried out NO MORE SINS briefly before being corrected, chased six paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked five wide into the turn and commenced a bid from the seven-sixteenths under coaxing through the turn into contention swinging six wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive and switched back to the left lead shortly after being on the right just inside the three-sixteenths, ran on through to the finish to secure the show honors in a good effort. UNCLE BARRIE pressed the pace early on along the inside before being shaken off into the turn, tipped to the two path briefly through that bend before coming under urging inside at the three-eighths pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, kept on under a drive but was out-finished. FINES CREEK prompted the pace three then two wide under encouragement nearing the five-sixteenths, continued three then two wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. YO BRO broke out at the start bumping MONOMOYS PARTNER, chased four wide under a ride from the seven-sixteenths, tipped five wide into upper stretch and tired. NO MORE SINS got carried out at the start briefly by MONOMOYS PARTNER when that foe was bumped out by YO BRO, chased three then two wide ridden along from the seven-sixteenths, swung four wide for home and trailed.
