BIG HOPES a step slow leaving the start, tracked the loose leader while in the second flight going up the backstretch, chased BOSTON PRINCESS into the stretch, closed well into deep stretch then reeled in the runner-up in the final strides and won the head nod on the wire to prevail. BOSTON PRINCESS sent to assume early command, sprinted to a long lead into the backstretch run and held sway to the far turn, kept to task into the lane, was all out in deep stretch then was nailed on the wire for the win, while clear of the rest for second. RAISE OUR FLAG settled while never far back early on then was unhurried up the backstretch, made a four to five wide rally into upper stretch, could not reel in the top pair late and held well for the show honors. MISS GRAND SLAM unhurried in the early stages, made a three to four wide bid into the stretch, found his best stride late and missed for third. INDIAN EXCELLENCE settled off of the loose pacesetter, chased two wide into upper stretch, managed to re-bid in the lane but could not make a late impact. WINNING AT EASE tracked the pace from outside of runners, chased three wide into the second turn, lacked a response in the lane and gave way. LOOKATHERGLIDE tracked the loose pacesetter while saving ground, chased from the inside into the second turn, could not keep pace into upper stretch and came up empty in the late stages.
