Chart notes
G G GILLEY was forwardly paced while racing two-wide, took the lead from STAR TRAVELER entering the stretch and maintained a safe advantage. WHISKEYTHENWINE was reserved off the pace, came three-wide into the stretch and finished well in a steady effort. SIR DREAMER settled in the middle of the field early, came four-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. VERDI broke out and bumped with STAR TRAVELER then settle in the back of the field, came five-wide into the stretch and rallied late. DATT MAN saved ground chasing the early pace and weakened. R BARRACUDA saved ground while being allowed to settle and failed to seriously threaten. STAR TRAVEL was bumped at the start by VERDI then moved up to set the pace to the quarter pole and tired.
