COUNCIL'S JAZEL tracked the pace two wide to the backstretch, saved ground into the second turn, advanced into upper stretch then could not muster the needed late response. CADEN'S GIRL stalked the pace to the backstretch then prompted the pace to the second turn, lost ground three wide nearing the top of the stretch and weakened in the lane. LOOKOUT PASS rushed away from the start, tracked the early pace three wide into the backstretch, was well placed while three wide nearing the far turn, lost ground four wide nearing the top of the lane. HOOK EM UP settled outside of runners early on, raced widest up the backstretch, angled in and chased three wide into the second turn then did not rally late. ZAPPIN was fractious in the gate then lacked early speed, trailed to the second turn, raced wide into upper stretch and did not factor. FIFTY STARS tracked the early pace from the inside, lost position into the second turn and tired in the late stages.
