Chart notes
GHOSTLY CHANCE tracked the early pace two to three wide, bid for the lead into the backstretch then dueled outside of HOLY BULLET into the second turn, shook free of that rival into upper stretch, drew away in the lane and was ridden out as much the best, fell past the wire, unseated the rider and was transported off of the track via the equine ambulance. HOLY BULLET tracked the early pace from the inside, bid for the lead along the backstretch then dueled inside of GHOSTLY CHANCE into the far turn, was turned away into upper stretch, stayed on through the lane and was second best, unseated the rider after the race then walked off under his own power. WF FRANKLY MY DEAR sent to the early lead, set the pace to the backstretch, was overtaken heading to the second turn, could not keep pace with the leading pair itno the stretch and just held for third at the wire. STACKERS allowed to settle, advanced into the second turn, was caught in tight nearing the top of the lane, continued to race in traffic into the stretch then was outfinished late for third. SINAI settled while never far back in the early going, chased three wide into the second turn, was outkicked into the stretch and weakened in the late stages. AMERICAN STORM allowed to settle, trailed to the second turn then did not factor in the stretch. THE TRAINER OF STACKERS LODGED AN OBJECTION AGAINST WF FRANKLY MY DEAR FOR INTERFERENCE ALONG THE SECOND TURN AND INTO THE STRETCH. THE STEWARDS DISALLOWED THAT OBJECTION AND RULED NO CHANGE.
