Chart notes
THIRD DEGREE unhurried, weaved through runners upper stretch, drew away late, ridden out. TRAP LINE tracked the early pace three to four wide, bid three wide nearing the quarter marker then led into the stretch, was no match for the winner in the final furlong and held late for the place. KOHAKU broke well and vied for the early lead, ceded the front into the backstretch and tracked between rivals, got caught a bit in tight at the half-mile marker, swung four wide into the second turn, was outkicked in the stretch and missed for the place. SACKETT tracked the pace three wide, chased two wide and between runners into the second turn, was outkicked to the furlong grounds then weakened in the final stages. SKY KEY close up to the early pace while four wide, assumed command into the backstretch and set the pace to the half-mile marker, was overtaken into the second turn and faded in the stretch.
