Chart notes
MIDNIGHT BLAZE settled mid-pack early, launched a three wide bid leaving the three-furlong pole and finished best under steady handling to win clear. SHE BADGER dueled inside through moderate fractions, kicked away with three furlongs to run and took the lead into the stretch, had no pushback when MIDNIGHT BLUE went by in mid-stretch but kept on to hold the place. BELLA CARMELINA was a lttile sharp early and steadied into the first turn, pressed the dueling leaders into the far turn, tracked close up behind the leading pair then launched bid from the five-sixteenth marker, swung three to four wide into the stretch and finished evenly. WORLD OF HURT was off slowly then went unhurried at the back, started to run on leaving the seven-sixteenths pole, was flopping leads in the stretch and faltered. A P HUMOR was allowed to settle from the break, raced at the rear of the field but not far from the front, was getting out from from the middle of the turn but kept to task and passed one in the stretch well behind the rest of the field. KATIE'S C dueled outside of a rival from the start, checked between poles before the three furlong marker, lost momentum and was unable to recover. JOCKEY OBJECTION WAS POSTED THE JOCKEY OF KATIE'S C CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST SHE BADGER FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE GOING INTO THE FAR TURN, AFTER A STEWARDS REVIEW THE CLAIM OF FOUL WAS DISALLOWED.
