LINARITE angled in while settling off the pace, moved further in around the half-mile pole, saved ground while roused on the turn, checked near the heels of a foe outside the quarter-pole, hesitated along the rail while lacking optimal room in upper stretch, was roused while finding a bit more open space in front outside the eighth-pole, rallied along the rail in the final furlong and closed strongly to get up late and prevail. PERUGIA was bumped solidly at the start then forced in and off a bit slow, settled off the pace, was roused in the two then three path on the turn, came out to the five path into upper stretch, rallied to make a bid outside the sixteenth-pole, held the lead in the final sixteenth but was caught while just able to get the place. MISS BOURBON angled in while settling at the rear, went around the turn in the two path, was roused in the four path into upper stretch, moved out behind horses in the run to the furlong marker, rallied outside with clear space in front in the final furlong and finished with good energy to just miss the place while able to get the show. BOSTON'S PHINEST settled off the pace, was roused in the three then four path on the turn, chased the leader under a drive into the final furlong, gained to make a bid between horses outside the sixteenth-pole but was out-kicked while just able to get the last spot in the superfecta. TURRIGA was hustled from the gate, showed speed then pressed the pace, took the lead with three furlongs to run, vied inside on the turn, came off the rail under a drive in upper stretch, drifted out near the furlong marker and was overtaken then just missed the superfecta. LADY JASMINE settled on the outside, was asked in the three then four path on the turn, turned into upper stretch in the six path and improved position. ROYAL EVENT showed speed then dropped just off the pace, was asked near the seven-sixteenths pole, chased in the two path on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the three path then moved further out and lacked the needed kick. SPIRIT OF ESTHER brushed with an opponent at the start, settled off the pace, was roused in the two path while between horses on the turn and lacked the needed response. SHOCK showed speed between horses then dropped just off the pace, was urged along passing the seven-sixteenths pole, chased inside on the turn, came off the rail into upper stretch and tired. TOP OF THE TABLE broke out and brushed with a foe, was urged along on the inside, saved ground on the turn, spun into the stretch in the two path, bumped with an opponent inside the furlong marker and failed to threaten. QUEEN ATLAS bumped with a foe at the start, tracked the pace on the outside, chased in the four then three path on the turn, pursued the leader under a drive in upper stretch, bumped with a rival while dropping back inside the furlong marker and weakened. I'M KIDDING bumped with a rival at the start then came in and bumped solidly with another foe, was a bit slow into stride in the process, rushed up to get the lead, lost the advantage narrowly with three furlongs to run, moved from the three path to the two path on the turn, dropped back into the final furlong and capitulated.
