DONEGAL FREEDOM broke well and had good speed but eased out of the potential speed duel to create some racing room, swung five wide into the stretch and finished up well under strong handling to win clear while drifting out late. MAX COLLECTOR hustled from the break, vied inside and was always close up, lost some ground on the turn but responded to strong handling in the stretch, surged but was too late to catch the winner while clear of the next horse. SWAMP POP was sent to the front, led to the stretch, was drifting out mid-stretch when overtaken by a host of challengers and weakened. THAT'S APRIORITY chased three to four wide early, had aim on the leader approaching the quarter pole but lacked the winning kick in the late stages. METRONOME made a middle move from mid-pack on the turn, was always three too our wide, flattened out late. TORPEDO CHARLIE raced forward while under a mild hand ride, bid inside on the turn but was outfinished. JUNGLE LAW was last to break, saved ground near the back while trying to get out on the turn, ran on in the later stages to improve a couple of positions but was never a serious threat. SEITAN was unable to keep up in the early stages, was kept to task and passed one in the stretch. HE'S READY TO WIN broke a bit behind the rest then took up sharply about fifty yards out, chased into the stretch and tired. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
