Chart notes
HE'S IN CHARGE stalked close up outside rivals, made a strong three wide bid nearing the quarter pole, took charge passing the furlong marker, pulled away under some mild urging and was ridden out. FACE ABARRIO dueled two wide for the lead, dueled on the turn, dug in gamely inside of the winner in the stretch run, then held well to save the place award. ELUSIVE D'ORO raced two wide off the pace, came three wide into the lane, angled in and rallied mildly inside for third. B B BAD raced off the pace, rode the rail into the stretch and finished evenly. LLOYD raced off the pace inside, advanced on the turn, angled out at the quarter pole, came four wide into the lane and weakened. JUSTINSPEIGHTOFIT was sent up early to contest the pace, dueled inside, dueled on the turn and faded in the stretch.
